Apple walnut chicken salad recipe
- 5 ounces cooked chicken breast, cut into 1/2" to 3/4" chunks
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 3/4 cup chopped apple
- 2 ounces chopped walnuts
- 1 tablespoon raisins
- 1/3 cup prepared low-sugar Italian dressing
- Bibb Lettuce
In a medium bowl, gently stir together the chicken, celery, apple, walnuts, and raisins. Pour the dressing over the mixture and toss gently to coat.
Serve on a bed of Bibb lettuce.
