Ingredients

  • 1¼ c de agua
  • 1 cucharada de aceite de oliva extra virgen
  • 2 c de floretes de brócoli
  • 1 paquete de mezcla de cuscús de ajo asado y aceite de oliva
  • 1½ taza de pollo cocido picado
  • Jugo de 1 limón (aproximadamente 3 cucharadas)
  • ¼ de cucharadita de cáscara de limón

Instructions

    1. En una sartén grande, hierva el agua, el aceite, el brócoli y el contenido del saco de especias de la mezcla de cuscús. Agregue el cuscús, el pollo, el jugo de limón y la cáscara de limón.
