Hay literalmente miles de <a href=\"https:\/\/estarenbuenaforma.com\/recetas\/\">recetas<\/a> deliciosas en la web, pero estas son algunas de mis favoritas&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Salmon_asado_miel\">Salmon asado miel<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Envuelva 200g de salm\u00f3n fresco, con un chorrito de miel y una rodaja de lim\u00f3n encima en papel de aluminio y cocine en el horno durante 25-30 minutos a 180-200 grados. Sirva con un gran pu\u00f1ado de esp\u00e1rragos cocidos. Sazone su comida con un poco de sal y pimienta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Pollo_con_queso_y_tocino\">Pollo con queso y tocino<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Corta 2 pechugas de pollo en rodajas y coloca dentro unas bolitas de queso mozzarella. Cierre las pechugas de pollo y luego envuelva un trozo de tocino alrededor de cada trozo. Una vez preparados, envu\u00e9lvalos en papel de aluminio y cocine en el horno a 160-180 grados de 30 a 35 minutos. Sirva con un poco de lechuga fresca, tomates y un chorrito de <a href=\"https:\/\/definicion.de\/aderezo\/\">aderezo<\/a> para ensaladas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Tortillas\">Tortillas<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Rompe 4 huevos grandes en un taz\u00f3n y bate. Agregue una pizca de sal y pimienta y mezcle m\u00e1s. Agregue un poco de espinaca, pimiento picado, cebolla, ma\u00edz dulce y guisantes. M\u00e9zclalos en un taz\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Agrega 20 g de mantequilla en una sart\u00e9n y calienta hasta que la mantequilla se derrita. Una vez derretido, vierte la mezcla en la sart\u00e9n y cocina a fuego medio.
