Por tanto no basta con cumplir una dieta de 13 d\u00edas para bajar 20 kilos, tambi\u00e9n requiere de su determinaci\u00f3n para seguir al pie de la letra nuestras instrucciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Puedes empezar una dieta todos los d\u00edas de la semana, pero no se recomienda que sea en domingo. La dieta dura 13 d\u00edas y es bastante dif\u00edcil pero muy eficaz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mantener esta dieta conlleva cambios importantes en el organismo, y los efectos duran 2 a\u00f1os. Aqu\u00ed est\u00e1 la receta:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Ensalada\"><strong>Ensalada<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Necesitas cortar:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 kg de zanahorias<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 kg de col blanca<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 pimiento rojo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 pimiento verde<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 puerro<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tener preparado:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 dl. aceite<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 dl de vinagre de sidra de manzana<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 cucharadita de az\u00facar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 cucharadita de sal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Revuelva bien todos los ingredientes y vierta sobre la ensalada. Deje reposar durante una hora. Revuelva de vez en cuando.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Puede guardar la ensalada en un recipiente de pl\u00e1stico adecuado en la nevera. Puede almacenarlo durante al menos una semana.
